Virtual Coaching Session (60 min)

Looking for accountability and someone to push you with strength & core training? I'm a certified (Equinox Tier X) trainer that is now offering virtual training to my clients and also now to others on Wellnessly.

I've added images from my Instagram here on my listing, but this is specifically for a 60 minute coaching session. I can provide a quick 10-15 minute chat in advance before we start so we can get to know each other, but be ready for me to help guide you through a strength and core workout.

If you have kettlebell, dumbells, medicine ball, jump rope, bands, or a yoga mat, please just let me know when you request to book a session, along with your goal for it and what you're trying to hit so I can tailor a workout plan just for you.

I'll send you a link to a Zoom on confirmation and looking forward to training you! Also note that I'll be adding coaching packages here on Wellnessly and maybe even group classes once I get setup.

Just took a class with Matt earlier in the week for core and kettlebell and loved it! I wasn't sure how much of a workout I could do over Zoom, but Matt had a killer core workout for me, was super helpful in correcting some of my form, and I learned how to actually use my Kettlebell ha!
