I'm Sara, a professional dancer and coach for dance and flexibility. I train in aerial arts, contemporary dance, jazz, and lyrical dance. I offer flexibility and contortion training for all levels using Alixa Flexibility, acrobatics, contortion technique, dance technique, and weight/body-weight training to help you achieve your flexibility goals.

I love to help people who are stuck with their flexibility or are limited due to past injuries, and work on correcting that or teaching you how to work with your limitations.
