Yoga for beginners & intermediate

I teach a variety of classes, which can be tailored to your needs in a private class.

I teach beginners, and intermediates in the styles of:
1. Flow/ Vinyasa yoga
2. Power yoga
3. Hatha yoga
4. Yoga for depression, anxiety, stress

Each person will need to fill out a liability and medical form before our first class together.
