Yoga Therapy Initial Session

This 90-minute initial session includes a thorough history, a discussion of goals you would like to attain over a specific amount of time, a practice (movement, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, etc), and how to use those practices in your daily life to help you reach your goals.
**This must be purchased before a follow on yoga therapy session.
