I came to the mat as a way to maintain my strength and flexibility in a way that could be sustained for the rest of my life. It didn’t take long for me to realize there are so many more benefits to yoga than overall fitness. I hold a Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy, I’m registered as an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), I’m also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I love sharing the tools that I have learned to help people reach their full potential. I have over a decade of teaching experience and have taught all over the world. I’m a busy wife and mom of toddler twins. I love good food and traveling.
